Nick has created episode 1 of a podcast series on Grading for Equity.  In this first episode, Nick explores some of the reasons grading systems were created and how our current grading system can be demotivating for students.

  (Episode transcript)

Nick shared research and described alternative grading systems during the Friday Connect on March 4th.  You can view his slides from that presentation  “Equity in Grading” below.
