Changing Ensemble Video Thumbnails

When a video is uploaded, Ensemble automatically generates a collection of Thumbnails. A Thumbnail is the picture you see representing the video in your library. Sometimes it isn’t the best picture. You can choose a different Thumbnail or even upload your own.
