Log in to nmc.zoom.us
Click on Settings to access account and meeting set up option.
Scroll down until you see Require a password when scheduling new meetings. If you wish to enable this feature for all of your meetings, click on the button to activate.
If you would like to require a Waiting Room for all meetings, scroll further down the page under the In Meeting, Advanced heading. Find the Waiting Room feature and click on the button to activate.
Schedule a New Meeting
Set your meeting name, date, time and duration. Scroll down until you see the Meeting Password option. Click on the box next to Require Meeting Password. Use the random password generated or type in your own.
To enable the Waiting Room feature, scroll down to the Meeting Options heading. Click on the box next to Enable waiting room. Save your meeting and share the meeting invitation with your participants.
