For use with Lecture Capture, using one playlist, you can have that playlist setup to “watch” for any videos coming into your library from Ensemble Anthem. When the videos come in, they will automatically be published to the playlist you designated.
To enable ALL your lectures to auto-publish to a single playlist log into Ensemble and from your Media Library, select Playlists from the menu on the left. Click the Auto-Publish button for your playlist.
Under Ensemble Anthem, click the box next to Default Category.
Scroll down and click the green Save button. Now, everything that comes in from Ensemble Anthem will automatically publish into this single playlist.
This allows you to create a URL to share the playlist out as opposed to the embed code.
Once you create a playlist you will see the Create Permalink button, click it.
Click the Permalink button.
The Permalink window will open where you can copy the link, preview by clicking the View button, select some Advanced Settings, and create a custom permalink.
