Registration for Spring 2025 classes begins for all students on Wednesday, October 16. Students have already received communication about the schedule being viewable with encouragement to start looking at the classes they will need for their degree in MAP and to build a Plan in MAP with their assigned advisor. How can you help?!
- If you teach a course in a sequence (e.g. ENG111 > ENG112, PHY121 > PHY122) help students add the “next course” to their spring Plan while they are in class!
- Talk in class about the importance of making an appointment to meet with their assigned advisor (viewable in MAP!) Make sure you have your advising hours set up as well!
- Add an announcement in Moodle/Canvas about registering for classes on October 16 and/or making an appointment via My Success ASAP. View links to commonly used ‘how to’ videos/resources for students here:
