Upgrade to the latest OS

We’re always working to make our products better, and sometimes that means trading out support for an older browser or operating system so we can focus instead on improving the quality of our products and building new and innovative things.

On November 15, GoToMeeting, GoToTraining and GoToWebinar will require Mac users to run Mac OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion) or higher in order to start and join sessions from their desktops. To ensure uninterrupted service, please upgrade your Mac OX 10.7 (Lion) operating system today. In many cases, you will be able to upgrade your Mac to Apple’s latest operating system, Mac OS X 10.10 (Yosemite), for free. See www.apple.com/osx/how-to-upgrade for more details.

Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion) attendees will continue to be able to join sessions using our browser-based Instant Join feature. For the best join experience, attendees should join using a Chrome browser.
