Rocky, Rambo, Indiana Jones, and Jaws all had four sequels. The 4x4x16: Year 4 will be coming to a blog near you soon, and it will definitely be better than Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
As in years past, those that would like to participate in the challenge will write 4 pieces of writing over 4 weeks that are each at least 16 sentences long. The topic for each piece of writing should be about teaching and learning, and each week your writing will be published on the teaching @ NMC site so that your colleagues (and your Aunt Judy) can read your writing. We will also be joined by Yavapai College in Arizona and University of Washington at Bothell who are both completing similar challenges. NMC’s writing challenge will begin the week of the October 17th with the first writing due on October 24th.
As always, those that complete each week’s assignment will receive a small reward for their efforts. The first week each writer will have a pint of Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream of their choosing delivered to their office. Spoon included.
