You will learn about Google My Drive, Google Shared Drives, Google Shared with Me, and the amazing Google P: Drive in class. This class is great for anyone transitioning from using the S:\ and Q:\ Drives. |
September 10 (on Tuesday at 3pm) | Google Shared Drive – Uses & Permissions This course will cover the basics of using Google Shared Drives and using Google Shared Drives optimally. It will also focus on managing Google Shared Drive permissions to ensure the right people have access to the right information. |
September 19 | Mastering Gmail and Google Calendar
Gmail and Google Calendar are used every day! Learn about the features that make your communication and scheduling easier! In Gmail, we will cover labels, filters, and settings. In Calendar, we will cover using multiple calendars, duplicating events, settings, and more! |
September 26 | Bitwarden Password Manager Training A one-hour class on the basics of using Bitwarden Password Manager. This class will cover installing the extension, managing your vault, creating and saving items such as logins (passwords), cards, identities, and secure notes; and managing folders. We will also review the password generator options and look at Reports. Please request your Bitwarden account from athornton@nmc.edu and have your Bitwarden “confirmed” by providing athornton@nmc.edu with your fingerprint phrase (under Settings>My Account in Bitwarden.com) before class. |
