Remember, if you have any incompletes at the end of the semester please submit a help desk ticket indicating which CRN (and course name) you want left open for access.

Looking ahead, if you need help transferring course material into your course shell, submit a help desk ticket telling us which course and CRN you want to transfer material from, and the course and CRN you want the material transferred to.

Did you know that you have the option to turn your shell off until you want your students to see it? We will be turning Summer courses on Friday May 6 at 4:00pm. Your students can NOT see this shell until 5 days prior to the start of that course. If you would rather your course shell be turned off until you meet with your students for the first time; you can turn it off.

You have the ability to hide or show your course.

1. Go to your course in Moodle.
2. Go to the Settings block.
3. Click Edit Settings.
4. Under General, click the drop down menu next to Visible.
5. Select Hide to turn your course off.
6. Select Show to turn your course on.
7. Scroll to the bottom and click the Save changes button.

Spring Semester Shells will be made unavailable to students 10 days after final grades are due.
