Welcome to the New Faculty Institute, a monthly meeting hosted by the Center for Instructional Excellence for new full-time and adjunct instructors. Our meetings feature guests from around the college who share guidance on the logistics of teaching at NMC. I’ve lined up guests for our first meeting, but your input will guide future programming. Tell us what you need to know, and we’ll find the person who can give us the answers. But we are as much about creating relationships as about sharing information. We hope that the friendships you make in your “newbie” cohort will last throughout your career at NMC.
 
NOTE: Adjunct instructors are welcome! You are paid a $25/hr stipend for attending New Faculty Institute
