Erica joins the Student Success Center as a dedicated coach to our online student population. She comes to us with experience as a coach, instructor, higher ed administration, and many years in the business world. Her own education includes life coaching certifications, an MBA in Marketing and MIS in Information Systems – both from Boston University and is a certified Emergenetics Associate.

Here at NMC, Erica will focus on our online gateway courses and work directly with those faculty on becoming familiar with their students’ specific needs. She remains open to all students – in person or online. Her current days include Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Appointments may be made through MySuccess or by speaking to her directly. All online appointments are on the Zoom platform and require students to utilize their web cameras.
