If you have had any email communications with the Educational Media Technologies team since the beginning of the semester, you may have noticed some additional text at the bottom of the team member email signature. It should look something like the image below:
The link in this additional text will take you to a three question survey that asks about your level of satisfaction, which service you contacted EMT about, and a small text box for additional feedback. In addition, the same survey is attached to various Help Desk tickets. The purpose of the new survey is to provide continuous feedback to the EMT team about where we excel, what we need to improve, and ideas for future adjustments to how we provide support for educational technology for all NMC stakeholders: faculty, staff and students. Next time you start a help desk ticket for Moodle, Ensemble, Mahara, etc…or interact with one of the EMT team members via email, please take 20 – 30 seconds to click on the survey link and provide your feedback.
