As we finish up summer courses and begin the fall term, below you’ll find a few important dates to remember as you wrap up your semester and prepare for the new one:

• August 18th: Summer 2016 (1603) courses turned off. Students will no longer have access to summer course content. Please let us know if you have incomplete student scores or otherwise need to keep a summer course open.
• August 22nd: Students populated in Fall 2016 (1701) courses. Courses won’t be visible to students unless you set your course(s) to “Show”.
• August 26th: Fall 2016 (1701) courses turned on. All course content will be visible to students unless you set your course(s) to “Hide”.

Also, please keep in mind that we periodically remove older courses from the Moodle server. On August 11th we plan to remove all courses that took place in the Spring of 2014 (courses that have a semester code of 1402). If you’d like use to create a backup of a 1402 course, please submit a ticket, give us a call or send us an email.
