Did you know that you could collect feedback from your students using the feedback tool in Moodle?

What is it?

The feedback activity module allows you to create custom surveys to collect feedback from your students. You can use multiple choice answers, numeric answers, and long and short text answers. You have the ability to see who is answering the surveys or keep it anonymous.

Why use it?

• If you have group presentations in your course where you would like your students to evaluate each other.
• If you want your students to evaluate your course anonymously so you can gather feedback to improve student engagement.
• If you would like to have students self-evaluate on course objectives.

You can get statistics from the feedback activity in which you can download into excel.  Used over several semesters you could track the impact on changes you make to your course.
