“Did you know?!” is a new series from the Academic & Career Advising team to share important tips or events with faculty. We hope this helps connect you with more helpful resources and info on how to support your students!

Did you know you can use My Success to filter a list of your assigned advisees that still have an advising hold and/or have not registered for spring semester? 

This makes it efficient to create and send a group email prompting them to make an appointment. Our advisors and coaches always encourage students to meet with you so they can get their schedule resolved before the semester ends. The earlier they schedule courses, the more options and flexibility students have in building out their courses. 

The video below shows you how to search your students by your Primary Advisor role and then add a filter attribute of “Registration Hold- Advisor Meeting” and “Registered Current Term”.
