Are you concerned you won’t be ready for the start of fall semester? Do you need a META shell or help importing course content? Has the Moodle attendance activity gotten you confused (again)? Do you have questions about Canvas (available to all for the spring 2025 term)? Do you need a snack and a some good comradery with your friends from Ed Tech?

Well, we’ll be in TJNIC lab #123 on Wednesday, August 21 to help and/or offer a shoulder to cry on! That’s right! #RUMoodleReady is right around the corner!

Come join us and get assistance from your favorite Ed Tech wizard (Ben will be there, too). While we’re always available via Help Desk ticket, phone call, walk-in, or Zoom session, we’ve also set aside the entire day of Wednesday, August 21, from 9 am – 4 pm just for YOU.

We’ll be in the Timothy J. Nelson Innovation Center computer lab room 123 and on Zoom (https://nmc.zoom.us/j/95068676906?pwd=ZC9mVEdmYjcrNWtJY3pjSVMwVGVqUT09) to help with your most pressing course preparation needs. We can assist with anything Moodle or Panopto-related – from gradebook setup, the creation of META shells, course transfers, video recording/sharing/editing/captioning, or even just serve as a sounding board for content development, instructional design, and technology best practices. And, if you have any questions or want a tour of Canvas, we’ll be happy to show you around the LMS that will be replacing Moodle next fall.

And, most importantly, there will be snacks. Most of them won’t be good for you, either!
