As we wrap up the Fall 2016 term and prepare for Spring courses, please keep the following Moodle dates in mind:
- January 2nd: Fall 2016 (1701) courses turned off. If you have a course that needs to be kept on, please let us know.
- January 2nd: Summer 2014 (1403) courses deleted. We continually delete older Moodle courses to keep the server running optimally. You can backup/download a Moodle course on your own or reach out to us to learn about options for saving older course content.
- January 9th: Students populated in Spring 2017 (1702) courses. You’ll be able to see student lists in Moodle. Students will not be able to see courses unless you turn on a course early.
- January 12th: Spring 2017 (1702) courses turned on. The semester begins January 13th, and we’ll turn on courses a day beforehand so students will be able to access courses. You can turn a course off if you’d like to postpone their access.
If you have any questions about these upcoming dates, please feel free to respond to this blog, give us a call or submit a ticket. We’re happy to help in any way we can.
