Trends in Occupational Studies logoMark your calendars for the upcoming TRENDS in Occupational Studies Virtual Event!  After canceling the October in-person conference, TRENDS is pivoting to a one-day virtual experience focused on educational strategies, program improvements, and more.  This is an opportunity to collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators from across Michigan’s community college landscape.

TRENDS offers sessions geared for occupational programs including technology, business, CIT, and healthcare, as well as sessions of general interest.  The keynote address kicking off TRENDS has always been a “must watch” session and this year is no exception.  Dr. Lane A. Glenn, optimist, futurist, “Running the Campus” blogger, and President of Northern Essex Community College will present on the future of community colleges post-pandemic.  Registration for this year’s event is free, making PD even more accessible.  Registration is open now for the Friday, February 26 event!
