Have you been wondering what a flipped classroom means in practice? Thinking about how to increase your students’ learning engagement between classes in order to spend time in class for rich discussion or project work? California University of Pennsylvania is offering a 3-week micro-course (FREE!) to those who want to know more. The course also uses SoftChalk, a course authoring software the college uses as it can integrate into the Moodle gradebook. The NMC Educational Media Technologies Department has helped many instructors convert lessons into SoftChalk.
The course begins next week on June 16, and you can find out more and register here. Or, view the printable flyer here.
