There are two ways to participate:

  1. [Complete] Attend a virtual bootcamp from 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. from Monday, May 10th – Friday, May 14th. Ryan & Mark facilitate daily discussions on and share examples of various aspects of teaching online. Immediately following daily sessions Mark and Ryan will be available for direct help. Take a look at the daily agenda.
  2. [Still Available] Or, enroll in the online, self-paced version that you can complete on your own.

The program takes about 30 hours to complete. Participants will adapt a current Moodle course or create a new course shell that meets the teachingSOLUTIONS Capstone Requirements. Capstone projects are due on August 2nd for all participants. Adjuncts will receive a $400 stipend once finished.

teachingSOLUTIONS has been a professional development staple at NMC since 2011 and over 125 current faculty members have completed the program. We hope you can attend.
