Remember, spring course shells will be turned off to students on May 16. If you have a student with an incomplete at the end of Spring semester, please submit a help desk ticket indicating which CRN (and course name) you need left open for student access.
Looking ahead to Summer and Fall semesters, if you need help transferring course material into your course shell, submit a help desk ticket telling us which course and CRN you want to transfer material from, and the course and CRN you want the material transferred to
Did you know that you have the option to turn your shell off until you want your students to see it? Summer course shells will be made visible today, May 4th. Your students CANNOT see this until 5 days prior to the start of that course. If you would rather your course shell be turned off until you meet with your students for the first time; you can turn it off.
You have the ability to hide or show your course.
- Go to your course.
- Go to the Settings/Administration block.
- Click Edit Settings.
- Under General, click the drop down menu next to Visible.
- Select Hide to turn your course off.
- Select Show to turn your course on.
